Easy Chicken Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 lb. cooked rice
- 1-1/3 cups cooked chicken
- 3/4 tomato\raw , chopped
- 1/3 cup Ranch dressing
- 2/3 cup shredded lettuce
- 8 large flour tortillas
PREPARATION:
Combine rice, chopped chicken, tomato, and ranch dressing. Spoon 1/3 cup mix onto flat tortilla and top with lettuce. Tuck one edge over rice mix and roll up for serving.
