Enjoy the Tex-Mex flavor of a non-alcoholic margarita with this temptingly delicious salad. ¼ cup margarita mix (from 1 liter bottle) ¼ cup orange juice 1 tablespoon grated lime peel 1 tablespoon honey 6 cups assorted fresh fruit, cut up (strawberries, pineapple, oranges, grapes) Directions In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, except fruit; blend well. Place fruit in a large bowl. Add margarita mixture. Toss gently to combine.
